It's our open studios this weekend. Here's a preview of our 12" x 12" auction that will be running from Friday to Sunday. All the work has been donated to raise money for the upkeep of the studios:

I came out of victoriana retirement for one last job

Some good friends requested a mini victoriana style painting like what I did for several JSA auctions.

So here it is.  They recently had a baby so I painted a giant metal steam-powered baby with a chimney in it's head, there's nothing weird about that is there?

 

Happy Ruddy Birthingday!

I've just got back from celebrating the birthingday of some good friends.  Seeing as they are a couple and they made the age old mistake of celebrating both of their birthdays at the same time I decided I could get away with only making them one present (what a bastard).  Here's a scan or the painting that I made for them:

And because it was also a Nessy day today, here's some new commuter drawings (not many today because I only part of a commute).

Shizzle sticks, is it that time again?!

Every year for the past six or so I've painted a mini canvas to raise money for the JSA studios. Here's a sneek peek at this year's offering (to be auctioned off at the JSA open weekend on the 8th-10th of June). This year there will also be a chance to place bids online as well so I'll post more details about that as and when.

BCA Launch

If you live in Brizzol and you fancy seeing some fancy pictures then you could do worse than come down to the Bristol Contemporary Art launch this Friday at 2 Park Street. You could even pick up my painting above (unfinished in this scan). Do it!

Naughty Pony Exhibition

We're having an exhibition of the artwork from the Naughty Pony App at the Tobacco Factory in Bristol. Preview night on Thursday from 8.

The exhibition will be up for two weeks until the 28th of February.

Painting for auction at the Cube
