Happy New Year (ish)

While I'm digging out old scribbles, here's one I did back in the mid noughties after reading Francis Wheen's biography of Karl Marx. I loved his discription of Marks and Engles' purile drunken antics. Thought it was appropriate for new year: hope you have a brilliant (possible drunkenly purile) one!

    Hey Mr Plant - meant to say so at the time (but was too pissed!) - I love this picture man! Apart from the subject matter I really like the way it's painted. Have you heard that Monty Python philosophers song. "A lovely little thinker but a bugger when he's pissed'..
